Tennis. 12 km from Casa Pantaleo
The Cervo Tennis Club in Porto Cervo is open from May to October, with
equipment rental and tuition both available. Alternatively Tennis Costa Smeralda can provide private coaching in season. In quieter months there may be an opportunity for Casa Pantaleo guests to use the private courts at Li Neuli Country Club close to the villa.
Horse-Riding.
Horses are integral to Sardinian culture and tradition which means there are many riding stables to choose from locally. Everything is on offer from lessons for beginners to ride-outs into the hills or to the beach.
Water Sports.
Any number of waters ports are available to enjoy on and in the azure waters off the Costa Smeralda. Be it snorkelling or diving, paddle, fly or wake boarding, water skiing or jet skis, wind or kite surfing - there’s fun to be had! Early booking is recommended in high season (July - mid October) - try Costa Smeralda Luxury Sport at Liscia di Vacca (16km from Casa Pantaleo) for both equipment and tuition.
Hiking and Biking.
Sardinia is a popular shoulder-season choice for cycling holidays, when roads are quieter and the weather ideal for biking. Cyclists can enjoy their pick of the island’s spectacular scenery on various challenging routes which wind around or across the north of the island. At a gentler pace, the Pevero Health Trail between Pevero Beach and Romazzino is a piece of local genius. It’s well-signed walks offer
diverse flora and fauna, striking rock formations and beautiful views of white sand beaches. Maps are available from Arzachena tourist office and there is parking at each entry point (being Pevero Golf Club, Grande Pevero beach, Piccolo Romazzino and Romazzino).
