When you make a booking, you are confirming that you understand and have accepted our terms & conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. Please note that a booking is not confirmed until we accept payment from you. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Non-Refundable Booking Deposit: 30% of total rental charge for bookings more than 8 weeks from the letting period (when the full balance plus a refundable security deposit is due).
Refundable Security Deposit: 20% of the Nightly Rate charged (to be paid with rental balance).
Special rates and packages are negotiable for bookings of at least 4 weeks. We may also entertain whole-estate and event bookings on request. Please enquire.
These could include the use of the owner’s private vineyard home, his Chris-Craft launch and road vehicle(s). Please enquire.
All promotions are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Terms and Conditions apply.

Discounts
Rates are for up to 4 guests. Under-occupancy discounts may be available except in July and August. Last-minute bookings within 14 days of your arrival date may also be eligible for a discount. Please enquire.
Covid-19 Policy
We understand that flexibility is required for travel planning in the current COVID-19 scenario, so should your flights be cancelled or a government travel advisory requires you to quarantine, we will do all that we can to change the date of your holiday. If this is sadly not possible due to airline regulations, or a commitment to another booking, for example, and you are unable to travel, our standard terms and conditions and cancellation charges would apply. These might be recoverable under your travel insurance policy and so we always advise that you check with your provider.
