Casa Gallo is the Owners’ private home set within their secluded Casa Pantaleo Estate. This gorgeous villa overlooks their vineyard and enjoys its own extensive grounds, private entrance, driveway and parking. It is also within walking distance of the village of San Pantaleo, famed for its weekly market, bars and restaurants.

Entirely independent, this luxuriously appointed and spacious property is only occasionally made available as a spectacular - and very special - couple’s hideaway.

Whilst a rare and special find for honeymooners and those celebrating life’s other lovely moments, Casa Gallo may also be available on request in combination with Casa Pantaleo for whole-Estate bookings for up to 16 guests.

Accommodation Summary

Casa Gallo sleeps 2-4 guests in 2 ensuite bedrooms. Air-conditioning is available throughout the villa. The accommodation comprises a spacious kitchen, separate living room, covered terrace, two ensuite bedrooms, stunning panoramic views, private grounds, entrance and parking, two further furnished terraces, a plunge pool and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and log- fired pizza oven.

Kitchen, Dining & Terrace

The front door opens onto a beautiful and well-equipped chef’s kitchen arranged around a six-seat dining table.

Bi-fold doors span the rear wall to offer panoramic valley views across the villa’s sheltered rear terrace.

breeze, this is a favourite spot for morning coffee, long lunches and sunset drinks. Steps to one side lead down to an undercroft and the guest laundry facilities.

Living Room

A couple of steps up from the kitchen lead to a cosy living area with an L-shape sofa, armchair and coffee table surrounding a fire- place and a wall-mounted 55” TV. French- doors open onto a sunny breakfast terrace at the rear.

Master Suite

Two steps down from the kitchen lead to the spacious Master Suite which over- looks the estate’s vineyard via expansive bifold doors along one wall. Enjoying high ceilings and morning sun, it’s fur- nished with a comfortable kingsize bed, a wall-mounted 55” TV plus an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, twin vani- ties and bathtub. A walk-through dress- ing area with twin wardrobes and draw- ers leads to a separate washroom with a high-tech Japanese toilet and wash- basin.

Guest Bedroom

A short flight of steps leads from the Living Room up to a second bedroom which can be arranged as either kingsize or twin beds. Both the bedroom and bathroom are dual aspect to enjoy glorious views of the valley, vineyard and mountains. The ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Private Gardens, Al-Fresco Terraces and Outdoor Kitchen

Casa Gallo is surrounded by private gardens and enjoys its own gated entrance, winding driveway and shaded parking area.

Aside from the covered valley terrace to the villa’s rear and the private Master suite sun- deck, there are three additional terraces to enjoy at the front of the house.

These include a comfortable seating area with an all-weather three-seater sofa and two armchairs, a 10-seat dining table in the out-door kitchen with its BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven, plus a couple of teak planter chairs positioned by the Living Room’s french windows.

• Non-Refundable Booking Deposit: 30% of total rental charge for bookings made more than 8 weeks prior to the letting period (when the full accommodation balance plus a refundable security deposit is due)
• Refundable Security Deposit: 20% of the Nightly Rate charged (to be paid with the accommodation balance)
